How does the payment and ticket issuance work?

Payment and ticket issuance

The last step of the online reservation process on our site is to choose the way of payment. If you live in Montenegro or Serbia (or are able to make the payment form one of these countries), you have two options:

  • bank account transfer
  • credit card payment

Paying via bank transfer

If you choose this payment option, we will send you a reservation confirmation email along with payment instructions. In the email, you will find information such as:

  • the name of our company: Abago Serbia or Abago Montenegro
  • the account that the money should be transferred to
  • the amount that should be transferred (in Serbian dinars or in euro)
  • call number (reservation code)
  • what to enter in the payment purpose field: airline ticket

In case the company you work for is supposed to pay for the airline ticket, you will need to choose the payment option as a legal entity. Enter the name od the company, tax ID, and the company headquarters address. You will receive an email with a pro forma invoice for making a payment.

Payment via credit card

On our site it is possible to pay by Visa or  Master card. This payment method is available to all customers.

It is crucial that you enter all the credit card information correctly, including the number on front (16 digits), expiration date and CVV.

If for some reason you can’t proceed with the payment, you can click the link What does transaction failed mean and read how you can solve the problem.

If the airline accepts credit cards, there will be two separate payments – one goes directly to the airline, and the other one goes to Abago as additional fees. In case the company does not support credit card payment, the whole amount will be charged to Abago Montenegro.

Airline ticket issuance

After finishing the payment process, we will issue your airline ticket and send it to your email in an electronic form. You can later do online check-in to your flight.

This will require the reservation code you received (or electronic ticket number) and your passport. When you finish checking in, you will receive a boarding ticket via email that you need to print out and take with you on the flight.
