What if my payment card is not working?
Card payment problems can be easily resolved. In the last step, when booking an airline ticket online, you choose how you want to make the payment.
SAll passengers are allowed to pay by Visa or Master card. An additional option is buyers from Serbia and Montenegro. They can also pay through an account (directly at the bank or post office) as a natural or legal person.
Why is there a problem with my card payment?
Not so often, there may be a problem with your card payment. There are many reasons, and we will list some of them:
- wrong card number
- incorrectly entered CVV code
- the card has expired
- credit card blocked
- incorrectly entered validity date
- you do not have enough funds on the card
- the airline does not receive your card type
In this case, you are notified that the transaction has failed. Please try again with the same card. If the problem persists, try someone else. If you don’t have another card, change your payment method to bank transfer and we’ll send you instructions by mail.
