Sending a plane ticket invoice

Where is my invoice or receipt? Once you have completed your online purchase on our site and an electronic ticket arrives in the mail, we send you an invoice for your airline ticket.

If you have made a payment through the company on the invoice submitted, the plane ticket invoice is sent immediately after the payment is recorded. The account will contain all the information you entered in the last step when booking your ticket. Please note that it is very important that you enter the address of the registered office of the company as this is the only way that the invoice is legally formally correct.

Send a credit card invoice

If you have paid for airline tickets with a business (official)  Visa ili Master you must provide us with company information so that we can issue you an invoice. At the last step, make sure to enter your company name, address, and PIB when booking online. Otherwise, the account will be credited to the individual who owns the card.

As all invoices are valid without stamp and signed we do not send invoices by mail.
