If you are at the airport and the flight is canceled you should speak with representative at airline counter. He/She will offer you a solution. Either you will be transferred to another flight if it suits you. The money will be refunded in full.
In case you do not want to fly with another company, a refund will be made for the cancelled flight.
You need to contact the agency where you purchased the airline ticket. If the payment for the airline ticket is made by card, the money will be returned directly to the credit card. No refund is possible otherwise.
