How do I check my flight status?

It is very important that you check the flight status before travelling. It may be confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled. In most cases, if a flight is rescheduled or cancelled, we will send you a mail.

You can always check the airline ticket and flight status at web site Check My Trip. To access this site you need to enter the reservation code, mail and last name of the passenger. Here you can see the e- ticket and all the details of the passengers.

Flight status on airline ticket

If everything is all right on the ticket will be written Confirmed (on time). You will also see HK somewhere. Other sitation is rescheduled flight. Sometimes it takes off before and sometimes later – Delayed. There are also notifications about terminal changes or aircraft delays.

In case the flight is cancelled it will be written Cancelled. It will appear next to the flights HX code.
