What should I do if my flight is canceled?

Due to inclement weather, emergency, inability to fly, or failure of the aircraft, the flight may be canceled.

If the flight is being canceled, you’ll be notified a day before the scheduled departure. These are unplanned situations and cannot be predicted in advance. Every airline believes that the journey will just be rescheduled for some date soon.

At that point, you have two options: accept the airline’s offer to transfer you to the next flight or to refund the airline ticket. If the ticket is canceled you will be refunded.

If you have to travel, you should accept the offer to switch to another flight. You may fly by another company, or maybe even the one that does not belong to the original company alliance. In most cases, the trip is realised on the same day or the next day.

Refund in case the flight is canceled

If you pay by an Master, or Visa credit card, the money will be returned directly to the card.

If you are depositing into our checking account, you will need to provide us with your account number. You can send it to info@abago.com. In situations where a legal entity has made a payment to our account, the money is returned to the same company. It is not possible to make a refund to an individual if the firm has paid.
