What should I do if the boarding pass in not sent to me? When you make an online check-in on the airline’s website, you receive a boarding pass to the mail you provided when you signed up for the site. The sending of the boarding ticket is done automatically.

In case you do not receive your ticket in the mail at any time you can re-register on the airline’s website and download the ticket. Alternatively, you can take a picture of the screen where the charting card is and remember it in your phone.

What is a boarding card?

A boarding card or boarding pass is a necessary ticket to board the plane. This ticket must not be identified with airline tickets and other documents necessary for the flight since it has a specific purpose, completely separate from the airline tickets themselves.

 

The bar code is scanned before boarding the airplane and this is the only way you can board.

For most airlines, it is enough to have a boarding pass on your mobile phone. However,  some low-cost companies require printing a boarding pass. It is necessary to bring it with you and show it when boarding the plane.
