Prilikom online rezervacije avio karte na na\u0161em sajtu, kada odaberete let bi\u0107ete preusmereni na stranicu za unos podataka putnika. Nakon \u0161to unesete ime i prezime, mail, telefon, datum ro\u0111enja i podatke iz paso\u0161a pojavi\u0107e se lista specijalnih zahteva koji postoje za va\u0161 let.<\/p>\n

U zavisnosti od odabrane usluge bi\u0107e potrebno da unesete dodatne podatke. Na primer, ako \u017eelite ljubimca da povede sa sobom treba da upi\u0161ete njegovu te\u017einu sa transporterom, dimenzije transportera i koja vrsta \u017eivotinje je u pitanju (pas, ma\u010dka…)<\/p>\n

When you’re booking your ticket online on our site, you will be redirected to a page for entering the needed passenger information. On this page, you will be needed to give information such as\u00a0your first and last name, mail, phone, date of birth and passport information. Also, you will see a blank space for writing any special service requests that you may have for the flight.<\/p>\n

Depending on the service you choose, you will need to enter additional information. For example, if you want to bring your pet with you, you need to enter its weight with the case you’re carrying it in, the dimensions of the case and what kind of animal it is (dog, cat …).<\/p>\n

On-flight special service<\/h4>\n

When you finish the online reservation<\/a>, your request will automatically be forwarded to the airline. After receiving the confirmation of the request, we will inform you right away and send additional guidelines.\u00a0If you need to make a payment in advance, we will send you payment instructions.<\/p>\n
